  • Where can I see your pricing?

    Each job performed by a locksmith is unique. Though some jobs have similarities, there are

    details that can affect the service provided and the total cost. Please call, text, or email us

    to get a FREE quote specific to your project.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes. Winged Key Lock & Safe is licensed and insured.

  • Do you offer a warranty?

    All hardware, labor, and work completed by Winged Key Lock & Safe is guaranteed for 90 days

    from the date of installation except for malfunctions due to abuse, vandalism, or other

    circumstances beyond our control. No warranty is provided for customer supplied parts,

    existing parts, tampered work, or work performed by any other locksmith.

    All hardware is provided with a manufacturer’s warranty. Failure to adhere to the

    manufacturer’s terms and conditions suspends all Winged Key Lock & Safe warranties.

  • How long will it take to get to me?

    We always strive to get to our customers as quickly and safely as possible. At times, there may

    be a delay in arrival due to traffic conditions or potential delays from the previous job. We do

    not leave a job until our customer is 100% satisfied. Our technicians will ensure you receive the

    same level of customer service when they arrive to your location.

  • What does it mean to rekey a lock?

    When a lock is rekeyed, the lock mechanism is altered so the old key will no longer operate the

    lock. For example, if you have moved into a new home, rekeying the locks is an affordable way

    to ensure only you and your family have keys to your new home.

  • Can you make a car key for my car?

    We are the go-to source for car keys in Southern Nevada. We have technicians certified and

    specialized in many European and Domestic cars. Please call or text us the year, make, and

    model of your vehicle for a fast and free quote.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo and cash

  • Can your technicians accept tips?

    While tips are not required or solicited, they are greatly appreciated. Our technicians keep

    100% of their tips.


  • Do you accept roadside assistance insurance?

    We do not accept insurance, but we are able to provide the necessary service, upon which you

    will be given a receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
